Fire Alarm Systems
Design, installation, commissioning and ongoing servicing of fire detection and alarm systems to BS 5839 — for homes, HMOs, offices and commercial premises.
Get a free quoteFire detection and alarm systems in the UK are designed to BS 5839. Part 1 covers non-domestic premises — offices, shops, warehouses, care homes and other commercial and public buildings — while Part 6 covers domestic premises including houses in multiple occupation.
Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the "responsible person" for a non-domestic building must ensure appropriate fire detection is in place, correctly maintained and properly documented. In practice that means three things: the right system category for the building, professional servicing at the right intervals, and records that stand up to inspection.
We design, install, commission, service and certify systems across London — including taking over systems installed by someone else.
